- The 30-Day Home Care Kit: A customized take-home regimen that continues the brightening and exfoliating process to maximize your results safely.
What to Expect: During and After Your Treatment
During Your Appointment
The customized peel solution is applied in our office. You will not feel any pain or discomfort, though your skin will have a sheer yellow tint from the solution. You will leave the office with the mask on and keep it applied for 4 to 10 hours, based on the specific instructions provided by your skincare specialist.
Recovery and Peeling
Once you wash the peel off at home, your skin may feel dry and tight, accompanied by mild redness and sensitivity (similar to a light sunburn).
- Within 48 to 72 hours: Your skin will likely begin to flake or peel.
- Duration: Peeling typically continues for 4 to 7 days.
Note: Some patients do not experience visible flaking, but the treatment is still actively working and this will not negatively affect your final results.
