Farnaz Gaminchi, M.D.
Dr. Gaminchi is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA in 1990 before earning her medical degree with honors at Tufts School of Medicine. Dr. Gaminchi completed her residency training in internal medicine at Beth Israel Hospital in New York City. Dr. Gaminchi went on to complete her dermatology training at Loma Linda Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. While at Loma Linda, she also taught undergraduate and graduate courses and participated in the medical center’s dermatology research programs. In March 2000, Dr. Gaminchi established her private practice in West Hills, where she continues to serve patients and remains on staff at West Hills Hospital.
As the first female Mohs surgeon in the West Valley, Dr. Gaminchi has spent more than 25 years building a respected dermatology practice rooted in precision, compassion, and artistry. Known for her expertise in skin rejuvenation, she creates aesthetic treatment plans that leave patients looking refreshed and natural—never overdone.
Dr. Gaminchi’s holistic and patient-centered philosophy guides every aspect of her work. She takes time to understand each patient’s unique concerns and designs personalized treatment plans that may include fillers, Botox, microneedling, supplements, and hormone therapy to support both skin health and overall well-being.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Gaminchi has trained numerous physician assistants and mentors both undergraduate and graduate students who shadow her in the clinic. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, and the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons, and she is a fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Her dedication to excellence in patient care has earned her multiple accolades, including the Vitals.com Patients’ Choice Award (2010) and recognition as a Compassionate Doctor (2009).
Dr. Gaminchi is the mother of two beautiful girls, Sophia and Soraya. Outside of work, she spends her time hiking, traveling, reading, and cooking Persian food for her loved ones.
Kerry Schlosser, PA-C
Kerry Schlosser is a nationally board-certified physician assistant licensed to work in the state of California. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut in 1998 with her Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2000, she earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University. She has been working in dermatology for the past nine years and previously worked in general and plastic surgery. She had an article on infantile hemangiomas published in the May 2009 issue of the Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In addition, she continues to read and attend conferences about dermatology in order to broaden her knowledge of the field.
As a physician assistant, Kerry is qualified to perform detailed history and physical examinations, diagnose, and prescribe all necessary medications and/or treatments. She is adept at performing biopsies, excisions, laser treatments, and numerous cosmetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and sclerotherapy.
Sara Weiskirch, PA-C, MSPAS
Sara Weiskirch is a California-licensed and board-certified physician assistant. She was born and raised in Orange County and received her Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree from the University of California, Irvine. She then earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University, TN, where she received specialized training in plastic surgery and dermatology. She is an active member of the California Dermatology Physician Assistants Society and a diplomate fellow in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Her role as a physician assistant allows her to perform a history and physical diagnosis and prescribe medications. She also is able to perform biopsies, excisions, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures.
She is an avid lover of animals, cooking, live music, comedy shows, and traveling.
Mojdeh Tabibian, PA-C, MSPAS
Mojdeh Tabibian is a California board-certified Physician Assistant, having earned her Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. She achieved Magna Cum Laude honors for her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
She commenced her career by practicing family medicine at a community health center for about four years. Her transition to dermatology is rooted in her recognition of the immediate impact a dermatology provider can have on restoring patients' confidence and capabilities. As a distinguished member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, she completed her fellowship in dermatology. She is also a devoted member of the California Dermatology Physician Assistant Society. She finds fulfillment in accurately diagnosing and skillfully treating a diverse spectrum of acute and chronic skin conditions. Mojdeh has the expertise to conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations, establish diagnoses, and prescribe appropriate medications and treatment. She is skilled at performing biopsies, excisions, and administering Botox injections.
Beyond her professional dedication, Mojdeh enjoys swimming, yoga, and traveling, cherishing moments with loved ones.
